Phillipe is a Siberian Husky owned by French dog sledder Jean George. He and Francois were the top huskies for Jean George, who treated Shasta and the Buddies just as bad as their master treated everyone else, but when they almost drowned after falling into icy water, they let Shasta and the Buddies win the race, because the puppies cared more about them than their own master.
Personality
Phillipe isn't as smart as Francois.
