Bob is a neighbour and friend of the Sullivan-Framm family. Along with his wife, Wilma, and son, Henry, he owns Molly, the Golden Retriever who gave birth to the Buddies.

- The film seems to be a semi-reboot since Molly was actually owned by an English family in Air Bud: World Pup, wherein she gave birth to an entirely different litter of puppies, who reappeared as fully grown in Air Bud: Seventh Inning Fetch, but Molly and her English owners were absent.
